Colonisers and genocide.

Colonisers as a dictionary meaning states they are
"a nation or government that claims a territory other than its own, forcibly taking control over the population and resources located in that territory and usually sending some of its own people to settle there."
While the Islamic Republic is not a nation or a government, they are certainly colonisers in Iran.

Genocide. Dictionary meaning,
" the deliberate and systematic killing or persecution of a large number of people from a particular national or ethnic group with the aim of destroying that nation or group'
The actions of the Islamic Republic certainly also qualifies as genocide in Iran.
