you're quite right, we are on the precipice of recession.... but so fart its looking like we might achieve a miracle and avoid it, if they can keep Trump recessionary insanity from impacting our economy. now that is one mighty headwind, an incipient cyclonic wind.

Wages were deliberately suppressed by the former 3 consecutive LNP Govts and every election feature more and more assistance to "First Home Buyers" the most popular theme they could come up with. these factors forced up housing prices more than anything else and made deposits harder and harder to achieve.
