Starting a thread for ongoing banter about share price as separate from the excellent postings about fundamentals incase anyone wants to banter about the share price. There may not be a lot of banter about in the near term as it appears that there will just be a gentle progression downwards for the period up to the PFS.
I'm not a chartist but I think we may see a slow progression down to the 5's or even the 4's in the period up to the PFS, partly for the reason that
@raven floated that why would anyone new come in now pre PFS when it is almost a year away and there is now no current excitement happening .
The resource is monolithic. The development partner in Vale is monolithic. The whole thing is a monolith which is why it seems fitting to me that it is moving glacially on announcements relative to its quality.
I think @Inzhaghi's first thread comparing CLE to FMG is on point. FMG took over 16 years to crack ten cents. Due to the relationship with Vale, this process is going to be truncated to around 2 years or so for CLE. Ironically CLE is on a fast track for the level of monolith that it actually is due to the early partnership with Vale. It's a fast tracked monolith.
CLE is an obvious standout to the regular posters on this thread but I think that it may be too monolithic for most people to appreciate and feel confident about until the bandwagon actually starts going at higher prices.
I think those that are intelligent enough to appreciate CLE will be rewarded for that insight even if others are not catching on at present.
I am personally going to accumulate at what I think are the slightly lower prices coming over the coming months if that does occur.
If a market crash or other macro factors come into play for markets generally in the next couple of years, which may happen, the fact that CLE has Vale as a partner gives it some degree of insulation relate to what other juniors would suffer if that happens as Vale's time frame as such a bigger player is far extended beyond the next few years.
I don't have enough knowledge about the issues with TS that
@raven adverts to but I don't think given the size of this project and the other board members and Vale that he could single handedly destroy the SH value in this project although I'll watch the space to see if anything arises with that.
The fact that CLE is not running hard on its excellent progression points is just more of a gift to those who are insightful or lucky enough to have spotted it early.
