    You're right I don't understand what you wrote.

    You and I may have our own opinion on whether someone is guilty of a crime or not but that's only our opinion so why post it here?

    The system is what it is it's not perfect but the burden of proof lies on the prosecution and that's how it should be.

    Otherwise you seem to be saying that everyone is guilty when accused and they have to prove their innocence.

    I'm glad that's not the case in Australia. Not at the moment anyway. I do note however they apparently there are some instances where the burden of proof has been reversed and I for one believe that such laws should be invalid and struck down.
