    Having a cheese sanga for lunch today . Yep yum . Proably done everything wrong accordingly it seems ! Anywa ive had a cheese for awhile which i belive has got better since i opened the packet and it got a bit strange in the fridge .

    Now watso does this when having a rummage in the larder every so often and a quick brush off of the offending parts seems work a treat . Mine are white in colour kind of and the cheese is bit soggy kind of on the outside . Maybe this is the plastic effects on the cheese ?

    Room temperature to eat ? Now i have to air my cheese as well as the wine . Where will it all end?

    It makes sense though why a cheese sandwich seems be better later in the day and the evidence is starting to back it .
