changing isp's feedback required

I am in the process of changing ISP's from austarnet to optusnet.

Was a little concerned about changing my Email address (currently with austarnet).

I was informed that by registering new details with www.veripost.net that all my mail would be automatically onforwarded to my new address at no cost for an indefinite period of time.

Feedback from anyone that has utilised this service and other problems that may be experienced by changing ISP's and/or Email address would be greatly appreciated.
