    hi
    just out of curiosity what emphasis would you place when a company announcement, change of directors interest..
    recently 6 directors purchased upwards of 10k-100k plus.
    would it sway your direction to purchase this stock..??
    when looking at the overall situation do you place much emphasis on this category.
