According to CNNMoney, 4 hours before due time there are still about 300 executives to sign the certificates. They can apply for extension of 5 or 15 days but there was an advertising company, I don't remember the name, which last week applied and got it but it was treated by the market suspiciously and the share price got immediately slashed by 35%. So, let see and watch.
