cdb and iocg mineralisation

    Hello all,

    For anyone interested in the potential of the copper/gold strike at CDB, have a read through this:

    http://www.ga.gov.au/minerals/research/pubs/presentations/gawler/abs_skirrow2_workshop.jsp

    It covers the Olympic Dam planned open cut mine and others. These mave the same mineralisation (IOCG or iron ore, copper, gold) as CDB, with a similar strike size. There is also note of the the Brazilian mines and their IOCG levels.

    The main differences however for these planned mines are:

    1. CDB has a higher level of copper;

    2. CDB is shallower and therefore cheaper to extract;

    3. CDB is closer to transport and shipping to remove it.

    Overall a pretty handy item to have in the portfolio! I look forward to the JORC results later this year.
