    Well done CBA holders...

    Options expiry on Friday. This is going up more this week...Too many sold Calls on this thinking it was a no brainer that CBA will go down. Well those calls are in the money now and these Call writers are having to buy the shares and time is ticking towards Friday... I would know because I've been buying those calls and just started exercising some today. I expect the more of these Calls are exercised the more buying frenzy will continue on CBA...

    On the fundamental side. Those short banks need to look at the underlying numbers and not just the News headlines! Bank deposits are up to an all time high and and depositors interest rates are down to an all time low. There is a huge funding surplus going into strong banks at the moment because of the simple fact that all companies (and I do mean all) are strengthening their balance sheet... Now more than ever, these companies need the services of banks like CBA
