was i the one thinking, beaut, they've underwritten the options conversion so the sp is locked and loaded for 2010. But then suddenly they've executed an option to acquire all that land ... i kept thinking, bugger they're going to spend all that cash which would have kept them in business for quite some time. Yes, i know ... get the cash, buy the new land ... etc. but really, imo that second announcement is what's softened the sp. Am certain will come good ... but needs to be digested.
