Who can forget when 24 months ago EAL suddenly took-off after bumbling along in 16-17c range for several months. SP just kept rising and within 7 months hit 70c. Divs appeared, outlook was buoyish and with CSG arriving everything looked rosy. But SP has stumbled after hitting 77c just 8 months ago. Last 5 weeks been particularly weak. Haven't been any profit warnings and Mkt expecting a 2.75c div in August. Will EAL deliver or is SP telling us something is amiss?
I especially like EAL's tarpaulin business in CSG sector. Lots of drill sites need lots of dam liners. But wind towers may have a ltd future and margins in most MS sectors being squeezed to the bone.
Not a bad small-cap but still too risky for my current risk-adverse strategy. Anyone buying in mid-50's? Perhaps selling is due to yr end factors? Not too long to find out.
