It depends on what your original plan was when you entered the trade. Did you have a profit target in mind? If not - what were your expectations and have they been met?
Your question actually sums up what most traders do - sell their winning trades and hold on to their losers. Why don't you consider putting a trailing stop loss in place - eg if it falls, say, 10% from today - sell, and if it rises stick with a 10% retracement from the high. That way you won't sell at the top but you also won't be stopped out on a minor retracement, and will stay in the trade if it moves in your favour over any given period. Above all, determine a plan and stick to it.
