    Cooked barley and seasonal fruits, all good eating for sure, big e. Yesterday I tried raspberries. In the past, I have not been keen on the seeds getting wedged in teeth problem but recently a friend told me raspberries don't have this problem. Wow. She was right. No sugar. Beautiful just as is. Raspberries to now be my new favourite although still a mango obsessive.

    For breakfast, I have been switching to toast, Lurpak butter, vegemite and seeds sprinkled on top, pumpkin seeds and/or sunflower seeds. Accompanied by my generous teapot. This morning breakfast at 5.30am, then empty dishwasher, feel drowsy return to bed for another sleep for over an hour. Must make me a soaked oats for weekend snacking....
