    G'day Pat and HCT,

    I believe that you have a few users who were not able to log on to HC yesterday.

    I don't know if you have solved the problem but I had an idea overnioght and have just tested it and I think I know what the problem is.

    I think that you are marking the session start time using your clock but checking for session length against the users local (PC) clock. Therefore, if the users PC clock is set wrong (in advance?) by more than your allowable session length then they get immediately timed out and asked to log in again.
