well it looks good - capital raising 300 mil at $1.15 with a discount of $1.10 for shareholders. Anticipated yield of 8% tax def, that will be a novelty to receive income after all these years. BNB have a good model, there are significant unrealized capital gains in the PLF stable, and surely management will now improve combined with scales of efficiency etc the future finally looks bright, but it has been a long wait. The retirement sector is hot at the moment and l would have expected a better reaction but $1.15 will clearly be the tie down point.
