Any break through Re Canada must be announced I would think. A new deal would need announcing as well, So possible first nations buying as they will allow by the time the snow clears and they don't need to announce this and they get set to make money. Smart play by the natives (is it allowed insider info from an outside source). Dang this thing gets tough to guess at.
