    I have noticed trading view do this with some ASX stocks on occassion. to my knowledge there isn't a 'pre market' and you can only really have an indicative price from the market depth at the broker level.

    I don't know where they source this from but it's not worth anything and I would ignore. it's not something isolated to MIN, Ive seen it across a number of ASX stocks.
