This is the relevant bit out of the announcement: The material terms of the Implementation Agreement are as follows: • Subject to the satisfaction of a number of conditions, the most material of which are listed below, FCP and TAL will invest $21.5 million into FCPB Investments. • In return, FCP and TAL will be issued approximately 980 million shares in FCPB Investments, equating to a 75% stake in the enlarged entity.
980m shares / $21.5m = around 2.1c per share.
I haven't really researched this company too much but on the face of it, it doesn't sound too good for current shareholders. What do they get out of this?
