Not much chance that there will be not be high pressure or gas .
However the amount of good quality reservoir is the make or break for this well
Decent intervals of relatively clean sands with decent porosity and PERMEABILITY is what they hope for.

So far no bad news in the secondary shallow targets .
The drilling break reported is a good indicator of reservoir , but on its own is not definitive that it represents a commercial find.
Pressures in the formations always get higher as you go deeper .
A normal pressure gradient is the same as a column of water ( fresh or salty depending on the area ) from the formation depth to the surface .
To safely drill through normally pressured formations only takes a mudweight of about 9ppg to give a pressure above that in the formations.
The deep formations in the SB have abnormal pressures that require high mud weights to drill the well safely and the 12ppg mud weight SGC reported says they are entering the zones of abnormal pressure already .

High pressures present some problems while drilling , but high pressured reservoirs have more gas than normally pressured reservoirs if everything else is equal and no need for compression at the surface for a long time.

No chance they would start drilling horizontally in this well .
