    Good topic
    There is absolutley no doubt that these options should be expensed against income & re-pricing when they go under water should also be expensed.
    I hope this becomes standard accounting practice. Then we get to see true cost/income ratios and see true p/l accounts & Balance Sheets. Then performance measures can be assesed in light of these actual results and options issued if justified.
    This has become the greatest wrought and destroyer of shareholder value by stealth there is going around.
