So just a hypothetical (based on real comments), if you had the choice of closing the DIASource deal by financing with Bergen or the deal falling through and the business on the whole likely ceasing to exist, what would you do?
It's easy enough to say find another lending source / investor(s), but not sure we had heaps of suitors on this front. In comments made in conversations after the AGM last year, I had the impression the amount of money that had gone into the acquisition of DIASource and the failed attempted acquisition prior to that would seriously damage the viability of ADO to continue should the DIASource deal not get done.
Just curious what others thoughts are on this, as it's something I've been thinking about of late.
All IMHO, FWIW, DYOR, blah blah blah....
