    Hi folks,

I'm thinking to buy some Beach Petroleum (BPT).
But with the way the market is today, I hesitate.

    They are capitalised at $60M.
    P/E 15
    Current share price 33 cents.
And may still be in down trend.
Director bought parcel mid June at 35.5cps.
So I'd be paying less than him.

    From their website:-
    http://www.beachpetroleum.com.au

"All shareholders registered at the close of business on Monday 15 July 2002, will be issued one free Bonus Option for every four Ordinary Shares held. The exercise price will be 33.5cents. The date to exercise these Options to Ordinary Shares will be 31 May 2005. Shareholders will receive notification of their relevant holdings after 15 July 2002."

Anyone know of any analyst's report available and could link or email it to me please (email address in profile).

    Ta muchly

    cheers
