I rarely spruce share prices of the stocks I hold. Normally I stick to the principles of the stock and let the price do what it will do.
But in this case, and because the share price will become so outstanding, it deserves mention. My guess is that we will see $30 very quickly once results are released. How quickly? Quick enough. And that will just be the beginning. But this is insignificant compared to the real gains that MSB can bring.
Mesoblast's C19 success will create many other successes. Firstly, the patients who will survive. That goes without question. But it is the best thing that can occur for Trump too, especially his re-election. There will still be months after MSB's success until elections and plenty of time for him to stuff up the win he is about to be given with a late stage cure. But I hope he doesn't. Not because I like him. Quite the contrary. I think he's a psychopath, as written about recently by his psychologist niece, and is not worthy of his position.
Most of us know this. So now for something left field. I want him to regain his popularity and become the favourite to win the election for the reason that the consequences of him losing will be terrible. When down in the polls come election time, he will take-on China in the South China Sea, as a means to halt the election and maintain his position. There is no limit to what a psychopath will do to maintain his ego.
The problem with this is that China will NOT back down.
Now to make short work of this little thesis. If the US takes a hit in the Sth China Sea, like lose a battle group, carrier included, they will have no choice other than to retreat and regroup. This will leave Australia terribly exposed, and missing a fleet of submarines, Australia has little chance to defend itself. Yes, some help will come, and lets hope it is more successful than it was in the Falkands.
China has its sights on Australia (but I won't say why now). Just like the world changed over night with a little virus, so too can the balance of power change overnight, world wide.
After the horrors of WW2, and the new friendship with an enemy (Germany), who imagined that a new war could break out in Europe in 1991, when a little later, UN peace keepers stood by when thousands of innocent men and boys were mascaraed by a modern army in the new Balkan War? Unimaginable, but true.
So Mesoblast, please save the souls of Americans and others suffering from C19, and save our own sorry souls by helping Donald get re-elected.
