back to the placement price of 37

    PRR has had a nice chart retracement back to the price instos paid for a placement about 6 weeks ago.

    If you look at its short term chart it more often than not pulls back 3 or 4c prior to each leg up which is very different to most stocks who once they have a pull back often fall further or wait for consolidation before the direction of the move is determnined.

    It is like those in the know test the sell side ,wait and then pick up the stock they want more aggressively .

    I bought a few yesterday so I am biased but like always only time will tell if history is going to repeat.
