    The net benefit from no change in price means less pressure on prices going forwards as a result of subsidised speculation. This will allow incomes to gradually catch up to prices as oppose to prices continuing to march up a unsustainable rates or out of sync with income growth.

    Th change is a long term strategy, not a short term patch.
