Not sure if its been mentioned but what about the possible issues with LVR to existing customers, if the negative gearing is changed there will by a percentage of people who sell, thats a fact.
If valuations go down on houses with loans subject to LVR what happens? does shorten know?
I know people who already have had to refinance primary residences to cover bad investment properties.
