    If the investors left the property market , the property will be sold to an owner occupier , the rental market will be hit hard , rents will be forced up by tenants desperate for the few properties available , I can assure all here if investing in residential property is not attractive for investors they will put their money else where ,
    I am not negative geared but if I lost a tenant or two and interest rates rose substantially , many would join the negative already geared , what then when one's income falls negative of costs ? I don't think Bill has thought this out like many other policies he has, get in at all cost no matter what as they say.
