Maybe you should ask all the investors in other places in the world that do not have our generous NG and capital gains tax incentives, why they buy investment property.
I don’t know how many times this needs to be said, but why is it we need it when other places don’t? Keatings actions have been argued to not have cause the ‘rental crisis’. It has been argued validly that there were many other factors that cause rents to increase in some locations.
The disaster that’s about to happen? A rental crisis?
The incentive isn’t being taken away it is being altered and or reduced.
