Thanks for your thoughts, that graph really puts things into perspective. I agree I think Albemarle are low balling and are far more desperate this time round. They need our asset badly!
The problem for Gina and Albemarle this time is other players will want it if something kicks off, so a multiple party bidding war is a sure thing in my opinion.

Looking at the broker reports this morning Euroz Hartleys Gina's broker are again buying in a suspicious manner being the volume and without a single sell order. Looking at the last 3 months it seems the rate of buying is picking up pace as the share price falls. About 5 million shares so far.

Euroz Hartleys oddly are not buying any other lithium stock. Not sure how long it takes for Gina's holding to be updated if it is her. If it isn't her it's even more interesting
