Dodged a bullet when ISX was pitched to me by a broker as worth a look over lunch when same broker was pitching M&A targets. Same broker also pitched BUD which was in scope for our M&A review. ISX was for my personal investment, whereas BUD was for my company.

Looked into both.

Didn't like either.

Didn't think much of the broker after that, either, but did accept another couple of lunches.
