Good to read the updates from today. BJReplay, would you mind letting us know your interest in this case so that we can be aware of biases.

Siciliavin, also appreciate your updates - no need to disclose your bias - it is pretty clear.

I'm a long term holder and am hopeful that I get part of my investment back. For what it is worth - I feel that ISX was hard done by, and felt that ASIC/ASX had a grudge against the Directors, rather than exercising their authority to protect shareholders.

I would like to think I am open minded and can see both sides of the argument.
