ASA after Peptech directors

  1. Australian Shareholders Association (ASA) raised concerns prior to and at Peptech's AGM in Sydney on 22 february. The ASA was concerned about high audit fees, in-the-money options and an annual fee to a non-executive director.

    On 23 february 2002 the AFR wrote an article titled "Peptech directors under fire"
