Much short term exploration is being undertaken with this horse "Ramelius" in an effort to get its preparation right to the peak of its mid year form of last year.
Long term riders have a distinct weight advantage but apprentices can claim.
Ramelius has drawn an outstanding barrier and should win the Wattle Dam Golden Slipper due to its superior grade.
Although Ramelius is to start favorite for its first up run this preparation, punters should see Ramelius as a safe bet leading up to the ultimate prize in June/July.
