anz and opes : substantial shareholder notices

    Given the shares that ANZ now has control of, where are their substantial shareholder notices that are required by law to be lodged.

    Given the number of company directors that appear to have been caught up in this, it would seem there should be a large number of companies where ANZ has more than a 5% holding.

    Without this information the market is not an informed market. This is terrible, especially given the current situation and focus on Opes Prime

    ASIC should be following up on this immediately. Everybody should be calling the ASX and ASIC and asking them to ensure that ANZ lodges the required notices. At least this will mean people will know how many shares ANZ actually have, and when they move, what they actually sell them for (until they get below the 5% threshold).
