I have been accumulating. NTA is 19c. I realise that the company's HY NPAT was only about $750K (down from $25M FY 2002), its revenue was actually up from previous year (FY02 over $200M+). A new CEO has been appointed and steps are being taken to get the company back on track. Consultants have been engaged to assist them in this process. Also the CEO has been buying stock. The market has been very irrational sending the stock down from $1.30+ to 15c is less than 4 months. Dividend paid June 02 was 2.5c fully franked. Nil dividend HY03. The company has a strong balance sheet with minimum to no debt. When I bought more stock this week I asked my broker what he thought. He then informed me that they were on the screen as buyers. Funny, this is never on the daily reports I receive from them. Some of you will no doubt come back with comments saying the stock is a dog, etc. hasn't performed, etc.etc. Yes this is true if you unfortunately bought the stock at the high end. But at 15c and if they return back to a good profit and resume dividend which is not impossible, then one to accumulate. 2c dividend will give me around 13% return with stock appreciation no doubt.

Do not take this as financial advice. This is my opinion only.
