I had a look at this stock a few months ago. I didn't buy as there were too many red flags for me. I made a lot of money with Etrade so I have a good feel for how stockbroking businesses work. The biggest problem with this one is that 80% of the costs of each trade are fixed. They get charged approx. $8 for every trade they undertake. That only leaves $2 to cover the costs of running the business and your eventual profit. I assumed the interest they earned covered the fixed costs of the business. I ran the numbers for 3 years out and gave them a 25% market share and found the stock at current prices was priced for perfection. If competitors don't react, they reduce the fixed prices they are charged and introduce new fees then maybe it would work out to be a reasonable investment. I decided it was too risky.
