    Consumer law has protection on the basis of "suitable for purpose" or words to that effect. I interpret that to mean that if I buy something to do a job this item [advertised that it can do stated task] should do it or I am entitled to a refund.
    Does this protection cover me as a business, or is it a legal free for all?
    You wouldn't believe the crap a repairer put me through today.
