Someone else wanting in rather than taking over FAR to use pre-empt option (as may not realistically be enough time for that) could simply go to FAR and say ýou guys pre-empt and we'll buy from you for $X leaving you a tidy profit' .....similar happened with HDR. More likely IMO cheers
