another new high

Australia's premier coal testing company CCI Holdings (CHL) has today traded at 37c, a new intraday high for this stock, which has ran up strongly from around 13c 18 months ago.

The good news for CCI shareholders is this strong gain looks set to continue as new coal volume capacities come on stream at Gladstone, Hay point, Dalrymple bay, and newcastle coal ports over the course of 2007/8.

With coal export volumes to increase 40%, from 2006-2010, and CCI now having all it's coal customers locked into higher price contracts, the profit outlooks looks particularly attractive.

Couple this to CCI's work in automating it's coal testing process which is lowering the costs required to perform this work, and you can see it is a recipe for continued sharp shareprice growth.

In my opinion there is still no better growth stock around with the price hovering at only 10-11 times forecast 2007 earnings of 3.5cps. (This 3.5cps does not factor in the coal volume growth spoken of above, which will only start to reflect in current year results).
