    The numbers presented in this cash flow statement represent the
    consolidated cash flows for the company and its controlled listed
    entity, Ezyimage Ltd. The Ezyimage cash flows are presented
    separately in an Appendix 4C report issued by that entity to the ASX.
    Group cash on hand at the end of the quarter is made up as follows:

    Golden State Resources Ltd: $516,000
    Ezyimage Ltd: $933,000

    Administration expenses include costs of settling claims for fees by
    companies associated with a former chairman of Golden State Resources
    Ltd and Ezyimage Ltd, Mr Malcolm Stevens.
