I think you'll find it is a pretty damn good MAIDEN MRE. Have a look at all other major players and their initial or maiden resource announcements. They NEVER go to market initially with their top number/ estimate. They continue to deliver drill results and updated numbers to market at various intervals - e.g. at prefeasibility and then at Board approval stages.
This is the start of things to come.
My favourite bit of the announcement was this little gem at dot point 8 (always a good omen for those that are superstitious):

"James Dornan appointed General Manager of Project Development. Mr. Dornan was instrumental in progressing the development studies for Azure Minerals’ 60% share in the Andover Lithium Project prior to the companies sale for ~A$1.70 billion"

If this isn't WC8 telling the market to make an offer, I don't know what is!!
