    Fully expected this MM confirmation.
    What I didnt expect was :
    "After earn-in, the parties can form a 75%
    TCMG & 25% ERM MMJV, and ERM has the right for 12 months to claw back 15% (to 40%)."
    But Emmerson has indicated they will maintain a 40% contributing share. So they have indicated they will claw back.
    Thats a good result but it does show that the JV agreements a bit more complex than first indicated.
