    Maybe activities will be allowed to continue this year, given the current antics a few hundred kilometres to both south and east. Imagine, Central Europe having an alternative supply of oil at this time of generalised travail. Not forgetting Hungary and Ukraine tit for tatting over oil supply from you know who further east.
