You may be right there mic, these guys are cunning, there may put a couple of sweeteners to persuade those who participated in the CR not to pull out their money. Remember the free attaching options at 1:1 for the last CR, that was a clever idea which made selling shares on the market to buy into the CR attractive, for me it was anyway that is how I ended up participating. I will not be surprised if they up the ante to 1:2 free attaching options
There has been many broken promises and red flags along the way, which in hindsight should have made me sell out but I didn't, learn't my lesson, hopefully;
- CR at 2018 was meant to cover launch of 20 sats, down to paper clips, that never eventuated and no satisfactory explanation was given,
- Instead of launching the sats, one of the financial reports had $500K paid to "associated entities", whatever that is supposed to mean,
- 3 Diamonds were meant to be generating revenue, but we later heard that management had decided to keep those for testing, we could have been sold a dummy there again?,
- Management continued to pay themselves very handsomely, traveling around the world at every opportunity with little to show for it, except MOUs, some of which were with questionable entities,
- Management had many shares that they indicated they will only use to move the company forward, they had plenty opportunities to let go of those, but they have been too greedy to let go,
- With the expected Jun / Jul launch date approaching, management makes an about turn, playing the numbers game as justification for changing course,
- All CRs from 2018 have been at massive discounts, sheer desperation to just get to the money,
- Directors quitting under not so clear circumstances,
- This stocks has all the hallmarks of a "Directors' Lifestyle" listing.
I could go on and on, but I better end up here. I am determined to pull out my participation in the CR, will not make a big dent as my CR was a paltry 8K, after taking some losses! I am hoping I will find strength and remain principled to resist any sweeteners that may be thrown our way by these greedy management, am sure they are working overtime to come up with a "saleable scheme".
