It's been there for a few days now. If it was there to ensure the VWAP for the placement didn't get too high it may just disappear soon.
It also may have been an insider from AFC looking to capitalise on the news. Or it could simply just be the dick rags at UBS loading up the ask side.
Either way, it's a stupid way to sell that many shares stock in an illiquid stock as DNK.
