Average annual production from Savannah over years 1 to 12 is estimated at 8,810t Ni, 4,579t Cu and
659t Co metal in concentrate. Site All-in Costs over the same period are estimated to average A$7.54/lb
payable Ni (or US$5.27/lb payable Ni) across the life of mine
No wonder SP pinned below 7c. I can't believe average annual production just 8.8KT and 1st year
production just around 6KT at AISC around A$12.00 as per graph.
This means PAN won't be profitable until 2nd Year unless PON reach $US8.30/lb by next year.
This is a far cry from 2017 Mine Plan of around $US3.75/lb AISC.
Now its a conservative estimate. Hopefully Nickel goes up cause we are at the mercy of PON above
$US5.27 .
