A 'material' capital raise !! Intrigued by the word 'Material' - it would need to have already been done via 'sophisticated' new investors because the raise will have no chance if offered to existing shareholders (unless fully underwritten of course). Not one of Shackleton's previous capital raises, and there have been many, have been profitable for any shareholders whatsoever - unheard of !!! Shackleton has diluted the crap out of this company and I think people actually forget that 4c is the equivalent of one tenth of a cent post consolidation - so we are actually presently trading at one quarter of one tenth of a cent ie. one fortieth of a cent !! let that sink in.
