So is the consensus here that in fact this CR would signify that the deal being discussed with DLEC is getting close to being agreed? That is, DLEC require LCK to be holding $X monies in the bank to be visibly able to meet its side of the deal financially?
As such, would LCK not have been able to CR until they knew the level of monies required? (again, would the CR have been a lower amount if it was to only keep the engine ticking over until another deal was struck elsewhere?)
Does the fairly urgent nature of the bids to be submitted (noon today) indicate the need to get the LCK finances to the level required asap to conclude a deal? (I suspect Sean knows he'll get his $16m from those with deeper pockets, and those retail who have been contacted by email are just to keep SH'ers happy with an albeit limited chance to take part)..?
