Wrong? we wont know until after the LONGGGGGGGGGGG weekend...but if GIC were going to up there bid why not include it in the ann ?
Also from the ann on the 10/09...
"The Pacific Energy Board has notified QIC and commenced the matching right process. QIC has the right to submit a matching proposal for the Pacific Energy Board to consider at any time during the next 4 business days" ...
...so that is tomorrow when market is closed and maybe they have received it and need time to consider and inform the market without undue deadline. An ann can come out before end of trade today I suppose. Curiouser and curiouser.
